Surfers Choice or what and how a surf -dog eats!


Before and after a surf session, load on carbs as surfing is aerobic and requires mucho carbohydrates. A pot of left over linguini made for a quick and nutritious stir fry. First of all, Keep it simple and use the best ingredients you can afford. Secondly be sure to have the original microwave aka a wok as the nutrition will remain in the food and be absorbed into your body (as microwave bombardment renders food virtually without nutrition) . The linguini is wheat and the olive oil is is naturally pressed and grown. Use plenty of organic garlic in the sauce too! Keep the kooks off the peak with your repelling style! Finally Dig in chow down, like a surf hound and enjoy!
